Can you be arrested for pretending to be seventeen years old? The fourteen year old girl certainly must have known what was going on and duped her parents into believing this preposterous situation. At any rate, this is bizarre.

Gross.

Did you see this story yet today? Fifth graders having sex in the class in front of the class with the teacher out of the room.

What an inexplicably fucked up story.

Also, I was watching KOMO news while eating at a restaurant and was surprised at how many terrible stories today came out of Marysville, from 3 people getting plowed by a runaway van at a bus stop, to some murder or rather, to something else (sorry, mind's in a variety of places). Not a good day to be in Marysville (but then again, is ANY day a good day to be in Marysville?).

Yet another 30 year old lesbian pretending to be a teenage boy to get into the pants of a 14 year old girl? Ho hum.

The best day Marysville will have is when it burns to the fucking ground.

Personally, I don't see what the big deal is. I was fucking an older woman when I was 15. Most statutory rape cases involving teens are bullshit to me.

It seems like it was consensual for the girl, and while I don't agree with the older woman's choice of sexual partners, I hardly see it as any type of rape. If consent was given, it's not rape. Distasteful, but not really that big of a deal.....

Better that all the freaks stay clustered together in Marysville than migrate southward toward my neighborhood.

The hell with the rest of that story... I'm impressed that a 30yr old could even pass for a 17yr old!

The girl also said that her boyfriend was abusive — she was bitten on the back twice and struck weekly.

@8,

Yeah, that sounds real consensual.

about the parents allowing the "boyfriend" to move in: we have to consider that in their cultural standards, 14 years old might very well be "bride material", able to live with a man, and it might be usual for young coulples to live under their parent's roof. I live in latin america and god knows I've helped deliver enough babies from 15 year old mothers who were properly "married" even if they lived in their childhood bedroom with "husband" and baby.

From the article, it sounds like "he" moved in with the family, not necessarily with the girl. I've heard of tons of families allowing their teenagers sig. others to live with them for whatever reason. And it seems like "he" made it sound like "he'd" been orphaned and had no where to go, and that's why they allowed it.
