It seems like it was consensual for the girl, and while I don't agree with the older woman's choice of sexual partners, I hardly see it as any type of rape. If consent was given, it's not rape. Distasteful, but not really that big of a deal.....

I live in latin america and god knows I've helped deliver enough babies from 15 year old mothers who were properly "married" even if they lived in their childhood bedroom with "husband" and baby.
