<description><![CDATA[<p>Ok, "advocacy" vs. "investigative" journalism aside, why did the Weekly think  it was a good idea to "investigate" an arrangement that is actually helping the homeless in this too-NIMBY-for-Tent-City town?  I suppose the backlash might boost Real Change readership.  At least I hope it does. <br />
 Why not go investigate some of the ugly power/money relations in this town?  Upset some real things, not Real Change.  It's actually working for the working poor.</p>]]></description>

Either real Change exploiting it's vendors or it's customers. It was written, simply, to stir shit up. To announce Huan Hsu's arrival in town with his edgy big city (Washington DC) sensibility. </p>]]></description>
