A moose knuckle is NOT the same thing at all! That's when all the business is smushed up inside pants that are too tight and make a lumpy bump.

Reminds me of this one comedian Zack Galfinkis, wrote a song in ode to this phenomenon. It was magical, except Zack has a beard, so I turned off the tv. Yay pogonophobia!
