Conflict of Interest Late-Breaking Congratulations

I love the daily featured videos on ArtsJournal—little bits of Joshua Bell playing his violin or Joan Didion talking about turning The Year of Magical Thinking into a play.
Today’s feature is Jen Graves and Kelly O’s video interview with SAM conservator Nicholas Dorman, who talked about restoring The Triumph of Valor Over Time which was painted by Tiepolo, the Venetian son of a sailor who also painted this:
Oh, man, the music on that video sure is tastefully chosen!
That's a wild painting. I feel like one of those folks in the corner caring or not caring about the beasts of journalism and reality going on in the middle.
But you gotta link it. It's at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NY --and it is a sketch that G. Tiepolo did in preparation for his a ceiling at the Residenz in Wuerzburg, Germany.
