It came to light last week that Davis had signed a memo authorizing a hefty pay package for outgoing Port CEO Mic Dinsmore. Three of her four Commission colleagues say they were never informed about the deal. One, Bob Edwards, has not directly addressed the issue. The KC Democrats' vote comes only a few hours after a recall petition on Davis was filed with King County by good government...
