Politics Bush Administration Official Resigns

Deputy Secretary of State Randall L. Tobias has resigned. It seems that Randy was patronizing escorts in D.C., and he just got caught. Before joining the State Department Tobias was the Bush administration’s AIDS Czar—and a big backer of abstinence and monogamy over condoms.
Just another Republican urging us to “screw as I say, not as I screw.”

I don't even know what to say anymore.
"Statistics show that condoms really have not been very effective," Tobias said, adding, "It's been the principal prevention device for the last 20 years, and I think one needs only to look at what's happening with the infection rates in the world to recognize that has not been working."
Okay so now I want to know if he bothered using a condom or not, I mean, you know, it's not like they work.

Whenever I think that this administration can't possibly sink any lower, they prove me wrong. Yes, they can sink lower. With any luck, Bush's popularity rating will sink into the single digits.

What I find saddest about this is that sex remains the ONLY problem that can push a Republican out of office. Gross incompetence? Mendacity? Callous disregard of human life? Dismantling the constitution? Running the government as a political machine? All no problem. Sex, however, is unforgivable. Government by the sexually repressed is the worst government in the world.
