I went out for pizza last night and drove by a wonderfully modified billboard.
I thought I’d share with you:
I couldn’t get the whole thing in the shot because I suck at scaling buildings (which is why I’ll never make editor) but it read “Every baby deserves to be breastfed.”
You think that's bad? I caught Snake Eyes going through my dumpster last week.
That's in Eastlake! From afar it looks pretty legit, like the ninja was the Smokey Bear for breastfeeding. Maybe they should consider that. Breastfeeding's image could use an update.
Thats been there for quite a while. Can't remember the artists name but they have also done the same ninja piece inside one of those trendy stores on University Avenue with the grafitti on the inside.
Yay! more billboard liberation. Seattle needs so much more of that. So much more.
i used to live right next to that sign. it's been up for months now. but actually, it says "Babies are born to be breastfed." which of course, with the modification, becomes: "Babies are born to be breastfed ninjas."
That's a kick ass stencil.
