I have always supported the death penalty (for only a few of the really sick crimes and when there is total and unquestionable proof the perpetrator did the crime) And this is a great example of the wonders that are a slow and painful death.

I like the idea of a slow bacteria that eats away at her over a period of months from the inside out.

I'm not saying it has to be mandatory (I don't believe in mandatory minimums) and I believe the prosecution would have to prove their case without any doubt. I don't believe in the death penalty as a deterrent, but as just punishment.
