So I called these pricks and they told me that they are filing the suit on behalf of a "few" concerned citizens of the Seattle area. When asked why a group that is based out of California with no offices in Seattle had any place to interfere in it's politics or with the decisions of it's mayor I was told the group had no comment... Then was asked for the third time in the conversation if I was a reporter.

Hey Christians, the USA is a secular nation based on secular laws. We as citizens will not live according Christian teachings. The fact that something is written in your Bible should have no relevance in the laws of a secular country. That book is not everybody's cup of tea and we are getting really tired of you pushing it on the rest of us at every turn.

Nancy, if the bible is something that xtians can use to legislate laws, perhaps I should get even older religious books (rig veda anyone?) and come up with bizarre things that are forbidden from them.

an alternate tactic is being pushed by sites such as "www.godhatesshrimp.com", which argues that since the book of Leviticus is apparently still valid as a moral guide then we need to kill disobedient children and not eat shrimp.

The late Jesus Christ was never quoted as saying anything at all about homosexuality. Apparently did object to figs. See below.

The best part is when the group refers to Nickles as a "radical". I just had to laugh and laugh. But I have given up on the US we are just a militant Christian Nation flavored with facism. Just not worth trying to save it.

I think it must be time for us free thinkers to host our own “tea party” as our founders once did when they could no longer stand the tyrannical far reaching powers of a conglomerate. Lets have a bible party and shove a few books in the Sound

Throwing some bibles in the sound would be great for my mental health.

P.S. I wonder - can we counter suit these assholes for anything?

Sacramento - preferred spelling:
Excremento

Yes, as a matter of fact I do have the right, until I was 21 I lived a stones throw from Excramento and am forced to regularly return for weddings etc...
