Politics Washington’s Republican Attorney General: Bush Made a Mistake

Goldy has the scoop, quoting McKenna as saying about the firing of former U.S. Attorney John McKay:
We had a good relationship with John McKay. He was an excellent attorney, highly respected by other prosecutors as well. I think President Bush made a mistake.
"I think President Bush made a mistake."
Feh, it's not like this would be his FIRST one or anything...
wow. well, isn't he an enlightened monkey.
No, I'd say a majority of the voting public made a mistake... twice.
McKenna likes McKay for 2 reasons I suspect:
1. They both have good hair.
2. They are brothers in arms within the "Mc" clan.
I saw that Dave Reichert was also upset that McKay was fired. Must be the hair.
