Life Let Them Eat Decent Biscuits

This is Patricia Tabram of Humshaugh, England. Police arrested the 68-year-old grandmother for growing some pot in her walk-in wardrobe. After striking a plea agreement to do community service, she had this to say:
The police can come to my house every week. I’ll give them a cup of tea.I’ll give them a decent biscuit…
Wow. England.
She was just growing it for her own personal use? I find it so irritating when the cops bust the little old lady who just as a plant for herself or whatever. It is just so arbitrary, especially when there are bigger growing and dealing operations to be had than a toked up granny (sounds like some kind of dance doesn't it?).

I wonder what kind of butter would be used in that biscuit.
What must you do to piss of Ms. Tabram enough to receive the crappy biscuit?
