Some of those typefaces are newsletter-quality. And dressing these folks in all black and white is a nightmare for cover-tease readibility.

It kinda looks like one of those free real estate listings pamphlets you can pick up at the door at QFC.

I do want to pick this up, however, to see what the proposal-industry experts have to say.
