It shouldn't take 30-45 minutes to travel that distance.

I have no problem with an aesthetically pleasing high-rise parking structure (the old Blockbuster on 45th would be a good place for one).

I am assuming this new building at 2nd & Pike will have some underground parking available, but aren't we supposed to encourage people to leave their cars at the park & rides and bus it downtown?
