Roll it up and lightly fry it to seal the tortilla, then finish it up in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds to make sure the frank is cooked. Dip it in salsa and down it with some iced cold 2% while watching your favorite TV program (Gilmore Girls, for example).

You can make veggie versions of pretty much any decadent snack like this. Morningstar Farms hot dogs are the best veggie dogs on the planet, and would lend themselves well to this recipe.
