Do we really want Cheney?
And if the impeachment does not work I think Washington, Oregon and California should leave the union. Maybe we can hook up as a province of Canada? Anyone know what the requirements are for provincial application with the Canadian Parliament?
Hey thanks for covering that Damn NASCAR track that King and Snohomish county legislators are trying to shove up Kitsap County's ass! Oh wait.. still no coverage.
Hey, that NASCAR track is my big chance to get my dad to visit more often.
Sure, I'll take a lame-duck Cheney at the tail end of an impeached administration. But there's not enough time for even that. It took the Republicans well over a year to bring the Clinton pimple to a head.
I'm not saying they shouldn't do it. The goal isn't actually removal from office, but humiliation -- and setting up the trials that will come later. Apparently Rumsfeld has been spending all his days huddling with his defense lawyers. Cheney should be talking to his as well.
Cheney already runs the show. At least after an impeachment, he would no longer have chimpy around to make the administration seem harmless.
wait, sweaker signed on to that?
