I see Sheriff Fake-o Reichert is still thinking independently just like all of his supporters said he would.

I know I'm being a dick, but so what? I know symbolism has its place in politics, but doesn't this fit under the catagory of "Barely better than nothing"?

I'm kinda with you Mike, except this might set the stage for tougher resolutions, like a new AUMF or refusal to fund the addition of new troops.

Call me hopeful. In the least, it removes one more fig-leaf from Bush.

Thinking is not in the requirement list for the current crap crop of Rebumblekins. A vote for Reichert is a vote for the current Reich.

What's Brian Baird's excuse?

Inslee's people posted a video of his speech on YouTube.

Eli, Eli, Eli, according to Uncle Jim, we're not to call it a "surge", it's an "escalation", remember?

@ 7 Brian Baird's 'excuse'

According to one of the local TV news programs, Mr. Baird was attending the funeral of a family member.

IMO, he's always been a good rep for WA and has my $$ even tho he's out of my district.
