<description><![CDATA[<p>Sorry. The Seagram's Building is one of the most elegant in NY.  It floats above it's base.  It's proportions are superb. And it concedes nothing to the now virtually universal norm that contemporary office building in  NY must maximize the usable space to maximize return on investment, making elegance in NY an outmoded, obsolete value.
