Life If You’ve Always Dreamed of Seeing a Bunch of Krakow Monks Lip-Synch “YMCA”

onToday is your lucky day!
Thanks to the UK Gay News, this priceless video—posted last week on YouTube and pulled down soon after—is not lost forever.
The video was filmed in a Krakow Church. Starting with Gregorian chant, the video explodes into “YMCA” as the monks discard their traditional brown hooded cloaks. “I know who did this clip,” the ‘Przeor’ of the Dominican monastery in Krakow Adam Sulikowski told the daily newspaper, Gazeta Wyborcza. “It was very wrong.”
Full story here. To download the “scandalous” video denounced by Polish conservatives for “promot[ing] homosexuality inside the Catholic Church,” Mac users should go to this page and control-click “view HERE.” Windows users should go buy Macs.

If they don't want gays in the clergy, they should get rid of the fabulous robes.
Silly Schmader. MPEG is not a Mac-specific format.
Awww... so cute. A gaggle of repressed white boys dancing badly, but earnestly and with enthusiasm. They look like they are sincerely having fun, heaven forbid. If this is all it takes to offend conservative Poles, they've got pretty thin skin. I was actually slightly disappointed to see that there really isn't anything overtly homosexual about the video, other than they happened to pick "YMCA" to dance to. It could have just as easily been any other tune with a happy dance beat.
Still, it makes me giggle. A nice way to start my morning.
(Ivan: I know, I just wasn't sure what the PC equivalent of "control-click" for downloading a file is. Maybe it's "control-click"....)
You could just "click".
PCs had Ctrl keys before there WERE Macs.
I agree with you. Windows users should get Macs.
