home to one of the finest waterpark/business center/hotel/nautical-themed cluster of restaurants in central wisconsin, the sleepy little city is attracting all sorts of high rollers and their tanning dollars. blue water resort, holla!

and #2: in wisconsin, tanning salons aren't allowed to let people under 16 use the tanning equipment. some places don't allow them in the building.

at least the one next to the sheboygan dress barn doesn't.
