The one voice on KUOW that makes me cringe is Ross Reynolds on "The Conversation". It's a stupid show. I thought it was just a waste and a time filler that wouldn't last. To my horror, it seems to have an audience. Gag. Listening to Ross Reynolds makes me want to pour acid in my ears. Somebody please axe this show.

I mean, c'mon. KUOW is not only a flagship news and talk station for Washington, but it's one of the top NPR stations in the country. That happened because thinking people could look beyond "nasal", "retarded" and other adolescent characterizations.

That said, I'd guess that a few of you might be near, or slightly above, teen age and, consequently, aren't even in the target demographic. There are plenty of stations on the dial that might be more to your liking. Turn the knob, try it out.

FYI: KEXP is not the sister station of KUOW and Jeff Hansen is the current PD. Ross Reynolds was the PD some years back.
