Hm. There's a reason you have other people shave your head. If you're cutting that close, it's really easy to get uneven patches - that's what the "lumps" look like to me. While they're just a fraction of an inch different in length, they really show up badly. I think if she just gets a trim-up, she'll look pretty decent.

To those commenting on the weird "bits" in the last photo... are you sure you're not looking at her leg? They sure look normal to me. Kind of cute, really... not sexy, but cute.

I wish her luck - losing all the hair should be pretty cathartic, and it's a nice change from the normal celeb insanity.

Wench & Brad: I agree. After what must have been a total mindfuck of a childhood—pimped out by mom at 12, beloved by the world thereafter—Britney has plenty of reasons to be confused and furious.
