Ah, now the head shaving might make some sense. Perhaps her first trip in rehab she found out that they drug test her hair. Then in a rare instance of PR savvy she shaved her head before someone leaked the drug result from her hair.
Better head shaving then a three month coke binge.

No different than she ever was. That was actually relatively lucid compared to some of her TV show footage, though the terrible clown makeup doesn't help.
I think her case is a sad one. If that girl doesn't pull it together she's going the way of Vicki Lynn.
And she just sprung rehab in less than a day for the second time in a week.
