It's unfortunate that the little furr ball was in pain and had its ear cut off and I certainly believe that groomer should have their business/groomers(?)license revoked but when she stated "and I saw the ear float away and if freaked me out" so frankly I burst out laughin.

It is really hard to groom animals well while they are moving. The shitty thing is that the groomer tried to cover it up rather than taking the dog to the vet herself.
