<description><![CDATA[<p>Not only is WSU at #22, but it is their first ranking since 1983 when Reagan was still in his first term and Depeche Mode was all the rage.</p>

<p>Not only is WSU at #22, but the Huskies and Gonzaga are both unranked for the first time in a long time.</p>

<p>It is good to like hoops in this state--three good teams means more good basketball in the future here.<br />
