What? I don't get the marijuana story. What about this made it news in Bismarck, worthy of being in the paper? I work at a Seattle hospital, and women with newborns frequently test positive for marijuana and all sorts of other drugs. While cocaine, heroin, etc. are usually automatically followed up on by CPS, marijuana is usually taken as an "info only" report. Seriously, why is this in the paper?
