On one hand, Tebelius is stunningly outmatched by Dwight Pelz and proved to be mightily incompetent in the 2006 election. On the other hand, Luke is far more conservative and partisan on many issues. As long as he is helping to recruit Republican candidiates who vote no on transit and roads for their own district like Luke, that is okay by me because they will lose every time.
