IF A MAN LAYS WITH A MAN AS WITH A WOMAN
THE BIBLE SAYS SO SHALL HE BE KILLED
IF A MAN SNORTS A GRAM WITH A MALE PROSTITUTE
SOMEONE'S COLLECTION BASKET'S GETTING FILLED

Fundis have the general problem with the assumption that America was once exclusively a Judeo-Christian culture (somewhere around the time of the Jamestown Settlement, wasn't it?) and then jumping to the false conclusion that because there was once a prominent Judeo-Christian culture it means the USA is, in 2007, a "biblical/bible-based" culture. Any college grad worth their degree is able to parse out and can seperate out the sublty between a "bible-based culture" and a Judeo-Christian based society.

I'm sure the Unitarians are all for filing a lawsuit, but it's got to make it past 3 committees before going to the regional board, and then the general conference....

I love my church, but we get caught up in talking an awful lot.

Than what do we have? A nation of stupid people who refuse to look facts in the face and who constantly go lalalaat whatever could disprove their mad, bigoted little fantasies?

Oh wait.

So if it's only bad when a man lays with a man like he would a woman, does that mean only the tops are doomed, or did they have pegging back then?

What about blowjobs and handjobs? What if you aren't "laying" while having sex? How do the bisexuals fit into this?

So many questions. I wish the Bible weren't so literal....

The Units are not the only sect blessing same sex marriage. There are Jewish sects, Buddhist sects, pagan sects, Wiccans, as well as other protestant sects that are going forth with blessing marriage for all. I've long argued that this should be fought as an issue of one religion seeking provenance under the law over other religions. That is unconstitutional.

NIce to Jones? Read that over again, because it sure seems like a back-handed compliment to me...

"Thank you so much, Mr. Jones, because of you, we were able to oust a filthy homosexual from our midst; and to think, he was in our inner chambers!"

They are happy because Mike Jones outed another homosexual whom they could then exclude from their church.
