Um, excuse me? I hate to break it to you Hutch, but "Christ" is never mentioned in the Old Testament. That's the whole difference between the "Old" testament and the "New" testament.

Even I remember that from Sunday school, oh, about 35 years ago, and I haven't set foot in a church in a couple of decades. Someone needs to brush up on his reading comprehension. Can someone explain to me why this dumbass has even a single follower?

The rest of his missive pretty much just leaves me baffled.

SDA in SEA, you're totally taking that out of context. It should read:

'My goal for this series is that we at Antioch Bible Church will expect to see great things happen in our day, just like in the Old Testament!'

(Then there's a whole space after the punctuation before the next part.)
