I hope it's like the video for Everytime (where there's a jt lookalike) and has a kfed look alike wearing a wifebeater, baggy jeans, and an undeserved sense of accomplishment.

But I do get that you're helping her extend her overspent 15 minutes of fame ...

It's not that the music is horrible (which it is). It's the lack of subtlety that gets me. How can someone's life exist so much in the public, and then get transposed into their "art" in such an obvious way? Britney Spears, if anything, is an amazing study in fame-based narcissism. Also- you have to appreciate how she is a fountain that just keeps on giving, in the hilarity sector.

Well she took a course called Madonna 101 but dropped out half way through. Otherwise she'd be doing a much better job of living her life on camera.

PS by the way, rumor has it she's pregnant again.

Oh come on, sourpusses -- this is a solid pop song, especially the chorus! Yes the lyrics are obvious and boorish, but at least the tune is a toe-tapper, and not some kind of white-girl hip hop. How else could Her Britness follow up a trashy marriage, a trashier split, and a cooch flash? My favorite part is that it sounds fully produced and CD-ready, which means she'd been working on it a while.

Chimp, you really think so? It's all subjective I guess, but as a lover of good pop this song fails miserably. The bridge towards the end that explodes into freestyle-y eighties synth is okay, but she can afford the best producers money can buy, and this nutbomb doesn't even approach the popular excellence that was "Toxic". Booooo.

Having said that, I'm off to take thirty-seven showers.

Sniggles, it doesn't sound like Brit is going for faux ghetto grit, so I'm on board. And the 80s-synthier, the better! I've been saying for years that what Brit oughtta do is ditch the Timbaland crowd and hire Mrrs. Tennant and Lowe out of PSB to write and produce an album for her. Barring that, explore the "Breathe On Me" late '70s sleazy synth she and the Yin Yang Twins came up with for a full album... anything but that crappy fake hip hop that Nelly Furtado & co. foist upon us.

k-fed IS gross, but ms spears' odd, vagina-baring behavior just keeps getting more and more fuck-tarded...what happened to her dad? wasn't he guiding her career?

I'm totally fine with the trashy pop music of it. What bothers me is the kids. She is producing evidence that she can't erase of their fathers' foolish behaviors. I think that that is pretty tacky.
