Man, that was a lot closer game than I was expecting/dreading. It was anyone's game there in the final minute; too bad the Hawks couldn't set up Brown to do what Gould did in OT.

The Seattle D played fantastic considering they were missing 3 of the top 4 cb's. The Seattle O played like they were missing 2 of the top 4 wr's (I count D-Jack). It looks like Sims and Spencer are keepers. They need to pick up a reciever with size; I miss the fades to Jurevicius.

That bobbled snap is going to bother me for awhile.

Gah. Oh well. Seattle could have won that one if they could have picked up a 3rd down or two, jeez. A couple of very costly mistakes. Still, great game.

The Bears will devastate New Orleans just like Katrina.

Difference between the Hawks and the Patriots? The latter: Cool enough under pressure to get their plays done.

Difference between the Bears and The Chargers? The Chargers can't believe they lost, the Bears can't believe they won.

Both were great games. The Hawks put themselves in a good position to move forward but, damn it, they came up just short. Good season, Hawks.

Now that it is over, what can we
look forward to...?

Please don't suggest the Mariners.
For some reason, everytime I hear
"Seattle Mariners", pancreatic cancer
comes to mind....
