When are we leaving?

It's horrible. And yet despite the tragedy, there's a hint of comic irony in the blunt phrasing of the headline?

Or is that just me? It reminds me a little of Tommy Cooper, the British comedian who died of a heart attack on stage—everybody thought it was part of his act and laughed through it.
