News Nightclub Licensing Legislation

Like we said last night, we are in the process of looking into this and finding out more information, but we thought everyone would like to review the legislation for themselves.
This is a really good idea. There can be running commentary on the proposed new ordinance from anyone who wants to comment. That would give the average voter insights they'd never have otherwise.
Since the City Council is charged with drafting up the "viaduct: rebuild or tunnel" ballot measure, why not release some draft versions of it for us to slog all over before it comes up for the adoption vote. Who knows, the great unwashed public might even be able to improve on what DRAGO, DELLA, et. al. come up with in their early drafts . . . .
