This is interesting because the rabbits sequences come from an earlier project of short films called Rabbits that he did in 2002 and released only on a subscription portion of his site. I've seen them all, and it's pretty incredible.

The series starts Naomi Watts, Elena Harring, and Scott Cofey. You can see Part One at YouTube:

Be sure to come back and talk about it!

INLAND EMPIRE will be premiering in Seattle next month!!! I can't wait!
Also David will be here for both a book signing tour and various events. Details are still being sorted but it looks like mid month for Seattle...

did I say "premiering"? I meant it will (finally) be showing here.

I recently read, via GreenCine, that Lynch will be doing a commentary for INLAND EMPIRE (yep, he's insisting on all caps). This is big news, since he's never done a commentary before and explains why in "Catching the Big Fish," which, incidentally, is mostly about his 33-year practice of transcendental meditation. The reason is that he doesn't want to affect the viewer's own unique experience, so it should be interesting to hear why he's decided to break this self-imposed rule. Thanks for the trailer! Can't wait to see the film.
