<description><![CDATA[<p>Well, "filming in Seattle", while technically accurate, is still a little misleading.  The unit is only spending three or four days in town shooting some location footage at the Paramount, Convention Center, and in Belltown.  The bulk of the movie is being shot in - surprise, surprise - Vancouver, B.C.</p>

<p>I think if people could get as animated in helping or discussing or cooperating with one another, as they do by interacting with a screen, their might be less symptoms of manic depression. I think bipolarism dwell within all of us. Some people just don't have the discipline or the healthy outlets to deal with it.</p>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<p>As to the wage thing "The average hourly wage for workers below management level" means that if it rises fastest for, oh say, lots of workers paid minimum wage (due to recent increases), most people could still be losing money.</p>

<p>An average is much less meaningful than a median wage - a median means half are above it, half are below it.</p>]]></description>
