"We all are born mad. Some remain so." (from Waiting for Godot, 1952)

You're nuts, Gomez. Great stuff. But Beckett is a better novelist than playwright.

Great stuff to read, and good stuff to see, but not for $40.

Favorite stage direction:

Vladimir uses his intelligence.

My fiance and I were walking by the convention center on Wednesday and were approached by a gentleman associated with the production who was offering free Godot tickets to everyone in sight. "Please, I just don't want the actors to perform before an empty house," he said. Best evidence I've ever seen that Godot fucking sucks, and everyone knows it.
