I agree #2 is scary, but only because of the bright orange cloak and the bright red hat. He does present well in the pistachio shades of green in #8.
There is something quite fetching in #7; The Texan motif via the hat and modified bolero tie (ala cross on a string) combined with the layers of pure white under and overgarments...sigh
