I don't get to gloat about the weather here in the Lou very often, so I will now. sunny, warm (mid-60s), slight breeze. It may be the bible belt, but occasionally it ain't so bad here...
I'm down with the pot roast and the red wine, but not the cat. I'm still hoping for that precipitation record -- we're at 14.74 inches; ; the record is December 1933, 15.33.
Sunny and warm here in New York; Soho was full of fucking tourist spending money, and it was hard to resist the urge to randomly choke people as I waded through the throngs on my way to the gym.
Spent the afternoon in bed with a gorgeous man. Gonna eat junk food and watch a DVD until I sleep
I think that girlfriends and boyfriends have some sort of sixth sense to leave town right before a sex and movie night. they dont know whats good for them.

I wish the temp would drop low enough for a real snow storm! I can see a faint dusting of snow here, but it sounds like we're already back to rain. I miss real winters!
Puerto Escondido had a high of about 87 today, tapering off at around four, when the waves at Playa Marinero get big enough for the boogie-boarders, who are mostly kids - the real surfing takes place over on Zicatela. The water was about the temperature of Lake Washington in August. Cooked outside. Thank you, Seattle, for freeing me with your myopia.

I miss the snowy afternoons we had back east. This is actually a pretty nice day. I suggest tomato soup and grilled cheese.

Snowing in West Seattle... had an inch or so this morning, too.
It's snowing on Stone way.
Why does my girlfriend have to be out of town for movie-and-sex night? Fucking hell. . . I hate monogamy. . .

You can adjust the seasonings so the cat won't ruin the flavor of your pot roast.
The snow was sticking on the eastern hillsides of the U District, with some sticking in U Village.

I'm in Seattle with Claire for a Thanksgiving visit and it is barely snowing down here by our near-the-airport hotel!
I SO want Seattle to break the monthly precipitation record . . .
Nothing says "I'm free of Seattle" like paying attention to the Slog when it's in the 80s outside and the surf is up.
