Wait, are you implying Grant's not gay?

Phil Campbell's book talks about Grant's sexuality becoming an issue for Grant (as in, whether and how to talk about it) during his City Council campaign. I hope Campbell actually asked Grant if it was OK to publish this info. I somehow suspect he didn't.

Nah, Grant's a totally open book, and a legitimate bisexual, from what he says. I've only known him to have girlfriends, but apparantly there's some wang in his past, and perhaps future.

Why is this important? Admittedly, I've only seen Grant with girlfriends, but until you SLOGged it, I can't even remember wondering about it.

It's like commenting on what dress suit Speaker Pelosi is wearing - unneeded commentary.

It's not important. I was given an unusual inroad to talk about a personality The Stranger has a long history with, and who has a movie coming out. Kinda insider-baseball, but I think the blogosphere will survive.

I thought Senor Cogswell was moving to Mexico, or was that a joke?

I guess he could go either way.

!Mira a los muchachos! Hubba, hubba.

I miss the point of this post. Is Cogswell a know het, or so obviously gay that it doesn't need to be mentioned, or is he bi and you are wanting to make sure everybody knows that he is thereby shunned by pure gays?

Grant Cogswell is a voracious, omnisexual hermaphrodite who preys on lonely senior-citizens for their disability checks.

At least that's what Phil Campbell once told me.

Grant talks about being bisexual all the time...including on the campaign trail. That this publication says he is gay is news only if it means that he no longer is bi. Phil didn't give Grant "veto-power" over anything in his book, but some things were negotiated. I can tell you that Grant had some concerns about how the book portrayed him, but the portrayal of his sexuality was not one of them.

Hey G-Love - I know you still read SLOG from Mexico...log on dude!

I think when one worships the Great Cthulhu, it doesn't matter what gender preferences one has ...
