Homo Shall We Prance?

onI’m sorry to do this to you…
…but when I read that there’s “way too much gay on the Slog,” I just want to remind you just how gay it can get. No, not by displaying creepy photos of Frankie Muniz jogging without athletic support, but by giving you the chance to see a gorgeous photo of Vladivostok hotty Yul Brynner (you’ll remember him from The King and I) with hair and completely nude! NSFW, especially if you can’t stand seeing uncut русский как!

Etcetera, etcetera, indeed!
What I don’t understand or perhaps I missed Josh’s wit, was why was he complaining about “too much gay on slog” but went ahead and posted about his man-crush Gilbert Arenas? I mean, don’t get me wrong, he is off the hook, but he most certainly is not the second coming of Michael Jordan.
A pic of Shakira would have helped.
Yul has been in my top ten Hotnesses of All Time forever.
Ahh... Yul Brynner.
He was my first crush on an older man when I was first coming out. I saw him in The King and I (the play, not the movie) on his final run in 1985, shortly before I moved to Seattle. I thought he was hot. I had no idea that he was 65 and dying of cancer at the time. In retrospect, he was remarkably well preserved, under the circumstances.
I'm sure none of you really care about this trip down memory lane, but this photo triggered a whole flood of emotions (among them: damn, he was a hottie back in the 1940s!).
Thanks, Nicholas, for pleasantly distracting me from election madness for a few minutes.
As an aside, I met Frankie Muniz earlier this year at an event. Doesn't do anything for me at all. He came across as a bit of a tweeker. He's really short, like barely 5', and he looks about 10 years older in person.
A picture of Yul Brynner with HAIR ON HIS HEAD really is disturbing...
I think you mean русский хуй
Of course that's what I mean. It's just a little joke. Since no one knows what хуй is, I thought something more obviously phonetic would be better. I love vigilant linguists, though!
Yeah, but you got the русский part wrong.
русский is the Russian adjective for "Russian," ["russkiy"] is it not? I didn't intend for it to be, like, рашан, or whatever.
Nick, you're correct in comment #9 above. You mistyped русский in the main post.
HAHA. Damn Russian keyboard layout. I also don't understand why the Cyrillic displays in that tiny serif font. It makes it hard to tell the difference between several letters, but now that I have my glasses on, I see it. Thanks, y'all.
And just to assert my pathetic love of exacting linguistic standards, I'm actually going to correct it on the post. I'm so disgusting.
