Re: Those Robo-Calls

posted by on November 6 at 12:45 PM

Looks like some of those misleading robo-calls may also be hitting the eastside’s 8th Congressional District.

According to the DCCC, in the past week, as part of this last-minute attack-call blitz, Republicans spent almost $15,000 on calls attacking Democrat Darcy Burner.

Hmm... is the GOP not feeling comfortable about Reichert's alleged 5 point lead?

Someday robocalls will be illegal. Yes, political speech is protected, but the right to burst into my home and shout it at me, in a recorded message no less, is not.

Unsolicited telephone sales calls should be punishable by death, whether for products and services, charities, or politicians.

Just to reiterate, the Republicans have been conducting large numbers of harassing robocalls that keep calling even if you hang up that are scripted to sound like they're coming from *Democratic candidates*.

Those who use illegal and immoral actions and LIE are not God's followers. No matter what they pretend. The only Rapture they'll be getting will be a fiery one.
