Iihope Larry David does something funny with this on Curb your Enthusiasm. Larry David was the only reason that show ( Seinfeild) was somewhat watchable, I have no idea why people think that show was like a big deal, as if it was as good as All in the Family or Goodtimes.

the 2 best shows on tv are Curb your Enthusiasm and The Wire. The rest is crap.

Are you joking? Can't tell. But the scenairo that you give isn't really a joke or funny.

However, there are some very edgy comics who could compose some humorous thoughts from the 'What would happen to a black man heckling a white entertainer back in 1906?' scenario. It's an absurd scenario and a shocking, uncomfortable subject... and just the sort of thing an 'edgy comic' might try to do.

The very best comics can make people laugh at horrible, tragic, and vile things - such as 9/11, pedophiles, Nicole Simpson's murder, and Republicans.

Richards, obviously, failed to make his bit funny. (there's an understatement) He jumped into some very deep water, at a very bad time, and sank straight to the very bottom.

He offended folks on a national scale, (myself included), and needs to apologize (his agent says he already did - right after the show). I'm just not ready to jump to the conclusion that he's aspiring to be a KKK grand wizard (or whatever the hell they call themselves).

Michael Richards is not the sole representation of white men. I'm a white male and I'm offended at being stereotyped that way. I think racism of any kind should not be tolerated, nor should any inequality based on race. It's Richards' own fault for jumping into the hole, I don't see why his mistakes should affect me as a person, just because I'm the same race and gender as him. Black people don't want to be discriminated against because of their race, neither do asians, muslims, or caucasians. Yet, we have certain people being hypocrites and using this as an excuse to call all white people racist. I'm not racist, and I don't like being called a racist when I'm not one. I never discriminate, even when I've been discriminated against, because I don't see how it will help the world for me to hate someone for no good reason. I hope by doing this, I can set a better example for people in general, so they don't have to resort to these stupid stereotypes and we can cut through the racial divide which is so prominent in the country.
