Watching his children cry their eyes out during the speech was a thrilling moment for this Pennsylvanian.

Dirty tricks? No. A few well-timed YAHOOS are in order. I would go up to as many as you can find and offer to buy them a drink.

Rubbing the PA teens collective nose in their defeat would be not only mean but also counterproductive, likely preempting any constructive introspection they might engage in by reinforcing a conviction that liberals are all just out to get them.

Regardless of whether Santorum was gracious in defeat, our best bet is to be gracious in victory.

These people are vulnerable right now. Emotions are raw. Sensitivities are exposed. I don't know what your PA slogger's proclivities are, but a conversation that seeks to find a common ground on the topic of human sexuality is likely to produce some gratifying results right now.

In short: pour some drinks into them and fuck their brains out.

Statement from the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, Inc.

“We are thrilled, ecstatic and overjoyed that Rick Santorum has been thrashed at the polls. His extreme and gratuitous homophobia will no longer pollute the Senate. Good riddance.” — Matt Foreman, Executive Director, National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, Inc.

I don't care about Gay/anti-Gay politics. It's crap. But soooo happy to see this sanctimonious asshole Santorum given a heave-ho. Thank God for this one, Brother Rick!

While I am overjoyed that Penn decided to show Santorum the door, we haven't seen the last of this guy. The power has gone to his head, and he will be looking for a new role by tomorrow morning.

By the way, am I the only one who thinks it's a bit curious that this so-called uber heterosexual thinks of gay guys having sex more than most gay guys I know?

Thank you for the honor of inviting your readers to discuss the fate of this group of akward newbie republicans [a fate which, if executed with attention to leaving a bad taste in their mouths, I do hold in my hands.]
It's 2:41am, I'm in my first floor room brainstorming, and will return to post any new developments.
Thanks again Mr.D. Good one!
BTW-Any activists interested should note the hotel is the Days Inn on Easton Rd [Rte 611] in Horsham, PA

Seeing Santorum's family crying tonight gave me that warm fuzzy feeling.

I saw something on CNN last night about how Santorum might lay low for four years and then run for governor. This cannot be allowed to happen. Keep up the fight against Senator Man-on-Dog, lest he rise again in some bizarre Lord of the Rings-esque Republican's wet dream.

Santorum's probably already got a job this morning across K Street, making $5 million a year lobbying for some toxic waste company.
