Even worse, the death rate appears to be even higher than it was under Saddam Hussein. That's an incredibly brave target to shoot for, but we made it. We're the achievers. USA! USA!

See, this is why you can't accuse the Bushies of "nation building". Too many people being killed to count as "building". More like "nation destroying".
