Hm… Re-bar is where I met Terry—we made out in the bathroom, it was all very sleezy. If I had 225K I would buy it as a keepsake.

So sad. But then it hasn't been the same since Steve Wells left...

Making out in the bathroom isn't sleazy. It doesn't get sleazy until you blow someone in the bathroom.

Well, then I'm pure.

My old stomping ground from my Greek Active Theater days, with Keenan Hollihan AKA Dan Savage brilliantly directing outrageously enhanced productions. Memories I will cherish forever.

Yes, $225 is suprisingly low.

Oops, I meant $225K of course.

I would guess that doesn't include any real estate. Depending on the lease terms, costs, salaries, etc, I would guess the club is not that profitable (maybe 100k a year). Also there is likely little valuable assets. You are really buying the name and the ability to run the business there.

A Greek Active Actor had his way with me in his apartment on Bellevue Avenue after treating me to a Thai Dinner at some MOTEL in BELLTOWN.

I inadvertently left my watch as his place, and that became was one of the very first entries in "I Saw You"

La, the six degrees of seperation.....

Does it have sprinklers? A lot of peeps are getting out of the business because of new (and expensive) regulations.

I think the sprinkler situation is a big part of what's going on...

I know on Sunday nights in the men's room there are super special "sprinklers".

They should tear out all the bathroom fixtures and move em to Vegas, just like CBGB's.
