Politics P-I Endorses Burner

Saying she’s simply better than Republican Congressman Dave Reichert:
Burner, a former Microsoft manager, is as informed in her views as she is forceful in delivering them. Frankly, at a P-I Editorial Board session, it was difficult to tell who was the incumbent because her answers carried weight.From how to balance the federal budget (and how urgent it is to do so) to how crucial it is to reduce human contributions to global climate change to Congress’ role in Iraq war policy, Burner has the better grasp of the issues and the greater passion to deal with them.

Has anyone noticed that Darcy Burner looks like Princess Leia with a better hair-style? Time to go to battle against the empire.
Not surprising, but gratifying.
The Stranger and the P.I. are Seattle's only newspapers.
Noticed SGN this week has a good front page interview with Buner and the word is HRC, the national mega political group has sent staffing and money to help.
SEAMEC, the Seattle gay rating folks also issued an endorsemnet for Buner this past week, as did Equal Rights Washington.
Upset in the works, maybe. Going to be interesting to watch. Buner has gotten very agressive in the past two weeks. Good strategy to tip the undecideds in the last days of the campaign.
And the cash is flowing, go donate 25.00.
On line money has been excellent from the little people, like me.
