What followed was even better.
Mudede: "About how the Yoruba theory of good and evil means that the sandwich I had today was much, much worse than that sandwich I had yesterday."
Just ten minutes? Mudede must be losing his edge.
This is where the journalism mind comes in: you front load the interesting material and an interesting set of contentions, to pique the listener's attention for the entire ten minutes.
Yes, The Stranger's offices are full of the same useless banter between coworkers as the rest of us. Thanks for sharing...or something.
As a worker in a deli, I admit that I'm curious about Charles' sandwich-making theories. I have a few myself.
everyone missed the point. does charles seperate the meat and cheese with lettuce or does he keep the meet and cheese together and keep the lettuce on the outside? does the lettuce go on the meat side or the cheese side?
what is the world comming to?
where do the onions go?
do you prefer lettuce or sprouts?
can anybody help me?
I need to quit being a bartender and work in a deli.
god help us all
