It's usually bad news when a team has to wait for the tests on Monday to determine the extent of the injury. It usually means they're getting a second opinion. If he's out for the season, the team won't make the playoffs. It has nothing to do with the Super Bowl jinx. It has to do with the team's management not bringing in a capable backup.

Fundamentally, these are coaching errors and not entirely player errors. The fact that Wallace has seen so few touches is a good example of exceedingly poor team management.

Oh, and forget about Alexander coming to the rescue...he can't or won't do anything (except take a beating) until that O-line improves their
play.
