I often have the sense of being in a cloud at the downtown library. There are places where you cantiliever over the street and look down. The library feels full of energy and ideas ready to rain down on the street.

This is very true of Frank Gehry's Pritzker Pavillion in Millenium Park, which looks like storm clouds. Frank must've had some rough flights at some point going to Bilbao.
