Spotted on a car downtown the other day. Ah, memories.

That does bring back memories - memories of a "scandal" (fueled by Min's consultants at Moxie) which brought down two promising young female elected officials (Nicastro and Wills) while leaving the strip-club owners who had actually committed a crime unscathed and Jean Godden, rather than Kollin Min, sitting in Nicastro's seat. So, how'd all that work out for you, Kollin?

I swear to god, if we have to put up with one more goddamned well-funded, fresh-faced, Leadership Tomorrow-trained Preston lawyer running for office around here, I'm gonna puke...

And look at who we got stuck with: Jean - “up Paul Allen’s ass - “Godden;
would someone please recall her day- pass from her retirement home/senility clinic, so that we, might be spared from her pro -developer demented, Greg Nickels sanctioned nonsense…

Kollin is now the representative for Enterprise Social Investment Corporation in the Northwest, donating millions of bucks a year to build affordable housing and fight Paul Allen's plans to fill South Lake Union with condos for zillionaires. I'd say Seattle is better off with Kollin right where he is, thank you very much.

You know what? I would agree with you, Gurldoggie.

Kollin lives across the street from me. Our families are friends. I disagree with him on policy issues much of the time, but he's a very decent human being.

Who the hell decided it was a good idea to let Stefan Sharkansky write for The Stranger? Wait, let me guess, the news editor?

And now he haunts The Stranger blog, hoping readers will click on his link and be impressed with his cookie cutter conservative politics.

His views are about as "sound" as Fox News is "fair and balanced." What's to distinguish him from the zillions of other "pundits" who regurgitate the same predictable right wing platitudes? Who did he blow to get soapbox in The Stranger? Did you at least make him swallow?

the Shark site is a seething pit of fear, hysteria, racism and homphobia --- the kind of people who most of us are trying to get rid of in public office --- who gives a shit what they think

go back under the rock Shark

Shark may be wrong about a lot, but he's civil. Jack, Sean: Give it a try sometime.

the only time I post the word shit is at Slog - tell us teacher Celery - is this not the Stranger annex?

casual - gritty and honest - demonstration project of free speech incarnate ??

you need to get some balls - when the phobes attack - feel free to kick back, it is OK to say shit to these dangerous local animals

I'm with Stalker of Celery... Stefan's pretty decent, and even occasionally makes a good point or two. The problem is his nutcase blog readership. You think there's some crazy folks in the comments threads here, then you ain't seen nothing!
